By submitting Material (defined below) to DISH NATION (“Series”), dishnation.com or Facebook.com/ DishNation, I perpetually and irrevocably grant and assign to Giant Bowling Pin Productions, Inc. (“Producer”) the right and license to photograph, record, reproduce, transmit, telecast and otherwise use, and to grant others the right to use, in connection with DISH NATION (“Series”), dishnation.com and/or any materials, advertisements and publicity in connection therewith (collectively, “Project”) any and all ideas, concepts, titles, characters, plots, themes, stories or other creations originated, prepared, suggested or devised by me that I submit to Producer in any medium (collectively, “Material”) including without limitation the names, likenesses, voices and sounds associated with the Materials (including mine). Further, I agree that Producer may use and allow others to use the Material (and the results and proceeds thereof) in any manner, for any purpose, including without limitation the production, distribution, exploitation, advertising, publicity and promotion of the Project (and/or any element thereof), together with all ancillary rights therein, throughout the universe, in any and all media, now or later known or devised, including without limit any and all digital technologies and platforms, e.g., Facebook, Twitter, UStream and the Series website. I represent and warrant that I am eighteen (18) years of age or older. I am the sole owner, or am the authorized representative of my co-owners, and have obtained all consents and releases necessary to grant Producer the permission and rights required, and no one else’s permission is required with respect to the rights granted in the Materials. I agree that my participation in the Project shall be sufficient consideration for this release and that submission of any Material does not create any implied contract in-fact between Producer and me for the use of my Material or any elements contained in that Material, and that I am not entitled to any additional consideration or any payment or credit. I further acknowledge that Producer is not required to use my Material. I also acknowledge that Producer is acting in reliance upon the agreements and that I have given above.

NOTICE: YOU SHOULD NOT EXPECT TO RECEIVE ANY CREDIT, MONEY OR ANYTHING OF MONETARY VALUE IN EXCHANGE FOR SUBMITING YOUR MATERIAL OR FOR ANY USE OF THE MATERIAL BY PRODUCER.
